Ik ben een vriendelijke en gezellige student die opzoek is naar een verblijf voor mijn studietijd. Ik ben sportief ingesteld en besteed graag tijd aan bewegen en actief bezig zijn. Daarnaast houd ik van reizen en nieuwe plekken ontdekken. Ik ben rustig, netjes en vind een opgeruimde en verzorgde omgeving belangrijk. Ik vind het prettig om respectvol met huisgenoten om te gaan en bij te dragen aan een fijne woonsfeer. Daarnaast heb ik een hond en ben daarmee een grote dierenliefhebber

Op dit moment studeer en woon ik al ongeveer vier jaar in het hoge noorden, Groningen. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief bij mijn studentensportvereniging en Het Juridisch Spreekuur. Ik heb een actieve levensstijl en doe graag dingen met vrienden (studeren, eten, sporten en festivals). Aankomend jaar begin ik in Amsterdam en zoek ik nog een leuke plek om te wonen!

Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.

My name is Joshua, and I am about to start my second year of the Master's program in Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Systems at TU Eindhoven. I mainly use my home to study, sleep, and unwind, and I have no interest in turning it into a social hub. I don't throw parties, and I don't invite loud friends over. I'm pretty introverted but even if I want to do social things, I rather do it outside my home because I love having my space to myself. I also take real pride in how I look after a space. I'm very clean and organized, and I bring the same discipline to my home that I bring to my studies, everything has its place, and I stay on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work. I think a quiet, well-kept studio and a quiet, well-kept tenant just make sense together, and I'd be very happy to share references, or anything else that would put your mind at ease.
