Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Dat was vast wel positief bedoeld toch? 😂 Hallo, Mijn naam is Naomie en ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik ben heel gepassioneerd over onderwijs, mensen rechten, kunst en beta vakken en heb mijn studiekeuzes hiernaar afgestemd. Ik krijg heel vaak te horen van mensen dat ik introverted kan overkomen (een echte type A persoon 😅), maar ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een ambivert. Ik begin mijn studie aan de TU delft Civiele Techniek in september, en hoop daarbij de komende 5 jaar in delft te kunnen wonen (hopelijk wat langer zelfs) Als ik aan mijn toekomst denk, dan zie ik mezelf in een technische carrière wat te maken heeft met woonbouw. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met mijn vrienden af te spreken, nieuwe talen te leren (een recente hobby) en veel te lezen. Je zal me vaak vinden in de bibliotheek of in mijn kamer, werkend aan mijn studie. Als een huisgenoot kan je van mij een respectvolle en verantwoordelijk manier van communicatie verwachten. Ik ben zelf heel erg georganiseerd en schoon. Als het om samenleven gaat, ben ik super verantwoordelijk en netjes. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over een rommelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte of de vuile vaat die zich opstapelt. Bovendien ben ik altijd in voor een goede sfeer en het creëren van een positieve leefomgeving. We zijn tenslotte grotendeels allemaal studenten, en een vieze woonruimte is geen manier om te leven als je ook nog eens diep in projecten en huiswerk zit.
