Hi, I'm Giorgos, 33, originally from Greece. I'm currently studying Computer Science at VU Amsterdam and have been living in Amsterdam since August 2025 in student housing managed by Lieven de Key. My current contract ends in August 2026, so I'm looking for a room or studio where I can stay longer term while continuing my studies. My week is split between university and part-time work as a courier in Amsterdam, so I'm usually out during the day. At home I'm quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy exercising, watching films and exploring the city. I'm clean, social and friendly, but not a party-focused person. As a tenant, I'm reliable and financially responsible. I've always paid my rent on time and can provide a positive reference from my current housing provider if needed. I already have a BSN, DigiD, and an established rental history in Amsterdam.
