Hii, my name’s Miro and I am a student applicant for Erasmus University Rotterdam! I am 18 close to 19 from Bulgaria and I’m looking for a place to stay at. I do not have many rules or requirements just looking for a good environment where everyone can feel like themselves. I am not a demanding person nor do I get irritated easily, we are all human after all, however, I am not okay with making people feel out of place. I tend to get along with all kinds of people and I enjoy seeing new ways of going about things even when I sometimes do not completely understand them. I do not smoke, I do not have any pets and I always do my part when it comes to house work. However, I’m not hardheaded and I am totally okay with adapting to whatever is needed. I will have a steady and reliable income as a student from jobs, loans and family, and my guarantor living abroad — and I am willing to pay additional deposits or extended rent. I have friends and family in the Netherlands as well, who are very gracious and willing to help if necessary, such as attending viewings for me.
