Hi there, I am looking for a room or a studio in Amsterdam starting in July. I've lived in Amsterdam since September 2025 and have come here for my university studies. I will be continuing into my second year of studying Human Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Amsterdam in September of this year. I’m a German and Canadian citizen but originally grew up in Bali until I was 12. Before moving to Amsterdam last year, I lived in Berlin for 3 years, where I was studying and received my International Baccalaureate diploma. I took a year off from studying, during which I volunteered for 3 months at a yoga retreat center outside of Barcelona. After my volunteering experience, I moved back to Berlin, where I was working as a waitress and then full-time as a receptionist at a boutique hotel. I'm a respectful tenant and value keeping my personal space clean and organized. I value keeping a healthy routine for myself by going to the gym or joining workout classes and cooking healthy, nutritious meals. Mijn naam is Emma-Jane. Ik ben 27 jaar en werk als onderzoeker bij het Erasmus MC. Vanwege omstandigheden moest ik mijn eerdere woonruimte verlaten. Toch woon ik graag zelfstandig, omdat ik merk dat dit het beste werkt voor mijn onderzoek en werkzaamheden. Een rustige eigen woonruimte helpt mij om mij volledig op mijn werk te kunnen concentreren.
