I’m planning to start my Master’s in Fine Arts in 2027, so I decided to move one year earlier. I want to have some time to settle in, get used to living in the Netherlands and work and save some money before I start my studies. I’m looking for a place where I can stay long-term and feel at home. I’m clean and organized and I’ve shared apartments before, both in Greece and abroad. I’m quite social and friendly, but I also like having my own space and I respect other people’s space too. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I have my own income in Greece and I’m also planning to work in the Netherlands. I can provide financial documents and I also have a guarantor if needed. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.

I’ve spent the last 10 years working in gastronomy as a bartender and waiter – first in my father's restaurant back in Nuremberg and later while studying in Mainz. It keeps me on my toes, makes me easy to talk to, and taught me how to actually keep things clean without being weird about it.
