Hoi ik ben Harshita, ik ben momenteel 19 jaar en op zoek naar een kamertje in Den Haag waar ik komend september Internationale Bestuurskunde wil gaan studeren aan De Haagse Hogeschool. Momenteel studeer ik aan het VAVO lyceum Twente in Enschede. In Enschede ben ik wel wat gezelligheid gewend en ik hou ervan om uit te gaan met vrienden. Ik vind het altijd fijn om thuis tot rust te komen in een nette en rustige plek dus ik maak ook niet snel veel rommel. Ik ben zeer sociaal en vind het altijd leuk om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible.
