Ik ben Sterre. Ik ben 18 jaar en ik studeer sinds september Recht en management aan de Radboud universiteit. Ik kom zelf uit zuid-Limburg vandaar dat ik op zoek ben naar een kamer om doordeweeks te verblijven in Nijmegen. Mijn hobby’s zijn hardlopen, lezen, vechtsport, muziek, film en natuurlijk de gezelligheid opzoeken met mijn vrienden. Ik ben zeker bereid een bijdrage te leveren aan het huishouden waar ik terecht kom, aangezien ik vanzelfsprekend vet veel van schoonmaken houd, maar daarnaast hecht ik wel waarde aan mijn zelfstandigheid. Voor zowel de borg als een deel van de huur kunnen mijn ouders garant staan. Ik hoop in Utrecht een mooi leven op te bouwen waar misschien jouw kamer een deel van is!

Hoi! Ik ben Jamila, 20 jaar en ik zit in mijn tweede jaar Geneeskunde in Leiden. Ik breng inmiddels bijna al mijn dagen in Leiden door, dus het wordt hoog tijd voor een fijn eigen plekje in de stad waar ik me echt thuis kan voelen! Wie ben ik? Hoe ben ik in huis? Ik vind het gezellig om samen te eten, even bij te praten of spontaan iets te ondernemen, maar ik ben ook zelfstandig en heb mijn eigen ritme. Voor mij is de ideale sfeer thuis gezellig en ontspannen, zonder dat er altijd iets samen hoeft te gebeuren. Daarnaast vind ik het belangrijk dat een huis netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, houd mijn eigen spullen goed bij en draag natuurlijk mijn steentje bij aan het huishouden. Ik sta open voor zowel een gezellig studentenhuis als een rustigere kamer of studio in Leiden.

I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester. I'm looking for somewhere settled for the longer term , at least 1-2 years.
