Hee, Ik ben Philip Honig en ga vanaf september Mechanical Engineering aan de Universiteit van Twente studeren en ben op zoek naar een gezellig studentenhuis waar ik samen met mijn huisgenoten een leuke studententijd kan beleven. Ik heb mijn VWO examens op het Comenius in Hilversum net afgerond. Ik woon in Nederhorst den Berg en heb een bijbaan bij de AH. Dat geld besteed ik vooral aan mijn schakelbrommer en aan leuke dingen doen met mijn vrienden. Ik ben lid van de waterscoutinggroep Klaas Toxopeus, ik kan dus heel goed fikkie stoken, zeilen, lol trappen en corvee gaat mij ook goed af. Voor een potje kaarten, film kijken of lekker aanklooien en chillen ben ik altijd te porren. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!
