My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. I have been living here for 7 months now, and I've been loving it since! I'm very grateful for my parents to be financially helping me with tuition fees, living expenses as well as rent so I don't need to worry about money, but I'm also working a part time job to boost my CV and gain more experience in general. I have also been very active in the student life at Utrecht University ever since I moved here. I've volunteered as a Peer Leader for the university's welcome week in August, and I'm the Chair of the Wellbeing Committee of ECU'92 at Utrecht University. I'm responsible for leading the committee and organising events and dividing the tasks among members. So far, we've organised several events such as a karaoke night, a Chess Tournament and also a Hiking activity and many more to come! I'm also really into fitness; I go to the gym at least twice a week and do yoga or pilates at home sometimes. I love reading and travelling as well, especially solo travelling. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk.
