This September, I’ll be starting my Master’s in Migration and Ethnic Relations at Utrecht University—so I’m now on the lookout for a cozy, quiet place where I can focus on my studies and recharge after work. A bit about me: I’m passionate about cooking and baking, and I love spending time in nature, reading, volunteering at the community centre, and learning new languages. I’m also excited to keep improving my Dutch while continuing my journey in this beautiful city. I’ve been living independently since 2020, and I do my best to be clean, tidy, and respectful of any space I live in. Het kostte me iets meer tijd om mijn VWO diploma te halen, want ik heb tussen jaar 5 en 6 een uitwisseling naar Finland gedaan via de Rotary. Ik heb daar een jaar lang gewoond in 3 verschillende families. Dit heeft me heel veel herinneringen rijker gemaakt en ik ben er ook goed van opgestoken. Het ontmoeten van mensen in een nieuwe omgeving heeft me waardevolle connecties gebracht. Als je me vraagt wat ik zoal doe op een normale dag, vertel ik je dat ik graag naar de sportschool ga, muziek maak, gezellig met vrienden afspreek of de natuur in duik. Ik ben flexibel als het over een kamer zoeken gaat. Ik vind het leuk om gezellige mensen om me heen te hebben, maar ben ook goed op mezelf. Een nette- en goed onderhouden woonomgeving is iets wat ik belangrijk vindt, en zal dit dus ook altijd proberen vast te houden.
