Hello, my name is Marc and I’m 17 (turning 18 in October) and I’m a Belgian student living in Brussels. I will be studying IBEB at Erasmus University Rotterdam starting from the end of August. I’m searching for a room/studio/flat and for roommates to make the search easier. My parents are paying for both my tuition and rent, therefore acting as guarantors of required. As a tenant/roommate, I place great importance on being organised, tidy, and respectful of shared space. Languages spoken: French, English, Romanian and a bit of Dutch

Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Nijmegen! Vanaf september begin ik mijn bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud en om dat te kunnen doen zoek ik een plek vanaf waar dat te bereizen is. Ik stel weinig voorwaarden en ben blij met alles waar een bed in past en redelijk schoon is! Voorzieningen delen heb ik geen problemen mee. Gezellig studentenhuis of meer zelfstandig is allebei helemaal goed. Voor korte of lange duur. Zelf ben ik een sociale en rustige jongen van 24 en voel me snel op mijn gemak. Ik doe graag activiteiten met vrienden, vooral als het gezelligheid, sport, natuur of cultuur bedraagt. Verder hou ik van lezen, films kijken, wandelen, fietsen en om creatief of praktisch bezig te zijn. Koken en lekker eten zijn ook zeker geen straf.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2400€ monthly and €30k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are put off by temporary contracts, but I can assure you that my position is 100% firm and there is no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions and open up new opportunities.
