I will be spending most of my time in school and I like to maintain a very clean and organized living area. I love reading, listening to and making music as well as going out and meeting new people! My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. As I am coming from Canada, anywhere that I can stay for at least one year is suitable for me. I am easygoing and social, but enjoy peace and quiet so I can focus on my studies and artistic passions. I will have a steady and reliable income as a student from jobs, loans and family, and my guarantor living abroad — and I am willing to pay additional deposits or extended rent. I have friends and family in the Netherlands as well, who are very gracious and willing to help if necessary, such as attending viewings for me.

Als student Biologie ben ik veel met de natuur bezig. Het is dan ook geen verrassing dat mijn kamer vol staat met planten. Wanneer ik niet buiten te vinden ben, kruip ik graag met een goed boek op de bank of kijk ik een goeie serie. Daarnaast houd ik van gezelligheid. Een spelletje spelen met een drankje erbij klinkt voor mij als een goeie avond. Ook kook ik graag, het liefst voor anderen. Na het koken zorg ik er natuurlijk voor dat de keuken weer netjes is; ik vind het fijn om het huis schoon en opgeruimd te houden. Op dit moment woon ik in Zwolle, maar omdat ik minder vaak naar school hoef en daar steeds minder binding heb, zou ik graag terugverhuizen naar het vertrouwde Leeuwarden, de stad waar ik ben opgegroeid. Ik hoop dat jullie door mijn verhaal een goede eerste indruk van mij hebben gekregen. Het lijkt me leuk om kennis te maken!
