Hello my name is Matteo, I’m from northern Italy and I like doing a bunch of stuff. I like cooking, I like traveling, nature and sports (mountain bike, soccer, basketball, ski, hiking..), I love being with other people hanging out and talk about everything! I’m also very curious in general. I lived for five months in Madrid in a shared apartment. I’m used to shared places, I’m respectful of them, I’m clean and decently tidy :) I love music too! I’ll be living in the Netherlands for at least 2 years starting from September 2026 studying for my master degree in mechanical engineering at TU Delft. Any accommodation for 6/12/24 months works for me.

Hoi! Mijn naam is Lily, ik word in september 18 jaar en ik ruil het bruisende Brussel binnenkort in voor het mooie Utrecht. Door dat dynamische gezin ben ik heel zorgzaam en zelfstandig ingesteld, heb ik geleerd om goed tegen een stootje te kunnen en weet ik als geen ander hoe je rekening houdt met elkaar in één huis. Omdat Utrecht een gloednieuw avontuur voor me is, zoek ik niet zomaar een vierkante meter, maar een gezellige thuisbasis. Ik ben perfect tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans) en spreek ook Engels, wat handig is in een internationale stad. Daarnaast neem ik graag wat Brusselse gezelligheid mee naar Utrecht: ik ben altijd in voor samen eten, borrelen of een filmavond, en als goedmaker voor mijn Belgische accent wil ik best een keer echte Vlaamse stoofvlees of wafels voor het huis maken! Uiteraard snap ik de balans tussen gezelligheid en studie, en is ook schoonmaken of een eigen taak in huis oppakken voor mij de normaalste zaak van de wereld. Door een noodsituatie ben ik en mijn 18-jarige dochter op zoek naar een woning vanaf september een woning in Utrecht of omgeving. Ik heb geen probleem om vanaf 1 september te betalen, ook zouden we pas op 9 september verhuizen. We zullen de woning zeker tot eind van het schooljaar nodig hebben, misschien langer (we horen komende week wanneer we weer terug kunnen naar onze definitieve woonplek) en vooruitbetalingen en borg zijn ook geen probleem. We roken en drinken niet, hebben geen huisdier en zijn verder heel rustige mensen.
