I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. I'm not much of a party person so I spend my free time discovering Amsterdam, trying different foods with friends or just hanging out in my room watching a movie. But generally, I spend most of my time in the library studying. I also don't drink or smoke, would rather buy some nice pastries or coffee instead haha. If I say so myself, I'm a pretty chill person, definitely very clean and just generally like to keep the atmosphere around calm and peaceful. But I'm also down for a fun night, just need my 8h of sleep haha.
