Hoi! Mijn naam is Sophie (19). Vlak voor februari zette ik een punt achter mijn filmstudie en schreef me in voor Communicatie aankomend collegejaar. In juni moet ik mijn kamer uit (superjammer) en ben daarom op zoek naar een nieuw studentenkasteel. Lekker samen eten, film kijken, bowlen met hekjes en diy'en op zondagmiddag, maar dat je ook wel je eigen ding mag doen, zeg maar. Ik serveer as speak hötdögs bij IKEA, schrijf voor een blog en doe de marketing/communicatie bij een onderwijsorganisatie. Verder fotografeer/fiets/dans ik door de smalle straten die 030 telt. Nu nog iets om thuis te komen.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
