First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house.
