I am a first-year student studying communication in The Hague. I am an outgoing introvert, who likes to hang out with friends but also likes to have a chill day at home with a book or movie.

Een beetje over mezelf: Ik ben half Nederlands en half Spaans en heb op 5 verschillende plaatsen gewoond. Ik kan met veel mensen goed omgaan. Ik teken en kook graag en sport veel in mijn vrije tijd. Ik ben verantwoordelijk en netjes. hopelijk is deze korte beschrijving van mij voldoende.

I am a third year Data Science student in Eindhoven. in September 2024 I am starting the master's of Artificial Intelligence at University van Amsterdam. I usually spend most of my time on campus either studying or working. In terms of shared facilities I care the most about kitchen as I like to cook a lot, I prefer if it is kept clean by all members of the house. I am not a big party person, I prefer the calm and quiet atmosphere at the house, but I don't mind occasional social events. I don't have any pets, and I also don't smoke. Currently my parents sponsor my education in the Netherlands as well as my living expenses and rent.

I recently graduated in computer engineering and I just got a job from a company close to Den Haag, for this reason I am looking for a room to rent and this seems great. As a housemate I am clean and organized and as a person in general I’m really chill so I’m sure there will be no problems. Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

Geachte heer/ mevrouw, Ik ben al een tijdje opzoek naar een appartement in Groningen, ben erg enthousiast geworden van dit mooie appartement) en zou erg graag langs willen komen! Hieronder informatie over wie ik ben: Ik ben Yvonne Stienstra 21 jaar oud studeert HBO-Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool van Leeuwarden en werk daarnaast in de thuiszorg en een verzorgingstehuis in Drachten. Wanneer het mij lukt om een mooi appartement te verkrijgen in Groningen ben ik van plan om op zoek te gaan naar een werkplek in Groningen. Ik ben bewust opzoek naar een net appartement in Groningen omdat ik dit erg belangrijk vind. Ik hou van een rustige en schone leefomgeving om mij te kunnen concentreren op mijn studie en werk. Ik heb een aanvullende en uitwonende beurs en een spaarpot op kunnen bouwen omdat ik al een langere tijd aan het werk ben. Momenteel woon ik thuis in Friesland, dit is voor mijn werk en studie veel gereis. Naast dat ik graag dichterbij mijn studie wil wonen ben ik er klaar voor om op mijzelf te gaan. Heb al een tijdje alleen gewoond dus weet hoe het huishouden werkt.

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Dear landlord, We have been looking for an apartment in Rotterdam and it's neighbor cities for quite some time. Now, we are very interested in your property. We would like to schedule a viewing for this lovely home! We are a couple of expats that came in the Netherlands almost 2 years ago. I am studying here and working part time and Vlad is working full time. In addition to this, I also benefit from student finance. Our basic income is between 2600 and 3050euros (and taking student finance into account, up to 4050euros) per month .
