I am a Sales and Marketing Assistant, looking for a room and a job in Amsterdam to begin my studies in University. I would be very happy to stay in your room.

I am 30 years old and I am from Hungary. In the past 7 years I lived in Milan, Shanghai, Copenhagen, Budapest and now in Amsterdam. I work for an international cruise line as a traveling wellness host, supervising the company’s wellness program in Europe. I practice a lot of sports and yoga, read history and philosophy.

I have lived in the same shared flat with two other girls for three years in Munich. Even though we are three totally different characters and probably wouldn’t have become friends if it wasn’t for us living together, we grew together really close like a family. I believe that is due to the way we communicate with each other which is why it is very important to me for future shared flats to live together with people who are easy-going when it comes to communicating differences / problems but also appreciation and mindfulness. I guess communication is key to everything as everybody has a different understanding of how things “should be”. I am looking for a shared flat that is a home to everybody. I know how hard it is to find accommodation in Amsterdam but I will always be honest with those kinds of things as I believe that it is otherwise not possible to truly feel “home”. I will be in Amsterdam for 6 months as I was accepted for an internship at my dream architecture office. I am taking off a semester for that, as I am currently doing my Bachelor’s degree in architecture in Munich, although I will be moving to Amsterdam from Krakow, where I just completed a semester abroad. I have family in Iceland and Poland, grew up in Nigeria and have lived the other half of my life in Germany. This is why I am travelling quite a lot to stay close to my loved ones and speak a lot of languages. I have also learned some Dutch for a semester at my university, so even though I do not fluently speak it yet I will definitely be doing an effort to do so by the end of my stay in the NL. Otherwise I have been passionate about playing the piano for 16 years now (although I won’t be able to bring my piano with me, unfortunately). I also like going to art exhibitions and to explore my surroundings by randomly strolling around and discovering new places. Ik ben Michelle Bakker (19 jaar oud). Ik ga social work studeren aan de HVA in Amsterdam. Ik heb mijn mbo diploma voor sociaal-maatschappelijk-dienstverlener. Ik ben nu nog woonachtig bij mijn ouders op Texel. Daarbij ga ik als ik studeer bijna elk weekend naar huis omdat ik daar mijn familie en werk heb. Ben bekend met op mezelf wonen en huisgenootjes. Ben rustig in huis en netjes.

Hallo allemaal :-) Ik heet Miloš - uitgesproken Milosh - en zit momenteel in de afstudeerfase van mijn MA in New Media & Digital Culture. Ik ben opgegroeid in Zwitserland met twee Oost Europese ouders, maar woon sinds 2016 in Nederland voor mijn studie en vind het hier best gezellig. De afgelopen jaren heb ik in verschillende gedeelde appartementen en studenten flats gewoond waardoor ik weet hoe het is om een ruimte te delen en gemakkelijk in de omgang te zijn. Hoi, Vorig jaar ben ik afgestudeerd als webdeveloper. Om mijn droom waar te maken ben ik begonnen als freelance webdeveloper, om toch financiele zekerheid te hebben werk ik er parttime naast. Vorig jaar ben ik begonnen met fanatiek sporten en ben daarmee 28 kilo afgevallen, ik voel me lichamelijk beter dan ooit. Gezondheid en sporten vind ik dan ook heel belangrijk. Nu ben ik inmiddels 26 en woon ik nog steeds thuis. Ik ben toe aan een eigen plekje en een eigen avontuur. Maar zoals jullie weten is een eigen plekje tegenwoordig niet zo makkelijk te krijgen. Hiya there! My name is Henna! I am a student at UU, studying BA Media & Culture. I am looking for a room for long term. About me: I am very talkative, social and openminded. I enjoy spending my time with international people and having good conversations. I have a long background in performative arts, I have been acting since I was five years old, but I also dance, draw, paint, sing do poetry etc. Just mention anything creative or entertaining, I'll propably enjoy it. I am also professionally trained makeup artist and have worked as a part of an improv theatre group. I am looking for a place with peace and quiet. I am really serious about my studies and really appreaciate a house that's clean and calm. I do enjoy socializing with my roommates though, having dinner with them from time to time for example. I'm a non-smoker, I don't do clubbing or patying at all and don't blast loud music in my room. I like to keep places clean and organised, so I always keep the shared places tidy. I have been living with my live-in landlady so far and with two other girls so I am accustomed to sharing spaces. We also keep a weekly cleaning schedule so everyone does their share in cleaning and taking care of the house.

I am currently trying to achieve a bachelor's degree, and for this I have to make an internship in a hotel in Amsterdam. That's why I am looking for a room, from middle March to August. I am very nice, polite, proper, I won't make any trouble at all and I am even sure we can make a good relation together. I like to travel and discover new cultures, isten to music and enjoy some walks in parks.

Hallo, Mijn naam Stijn Verhoeven, een 21 jarige student op de HAS in Den Bosch. Op dit moment zit ik in het eerst jaar van de studie Geo, Media & Design. Ik doe dit met veel plezier.
