I am an Italian working professional who has been living and working in the Netherlands for over a year, currently registered in Zaandam. My partner will be moving to the Netherlands in March, and together we are looking for a clean, comfortable home that allows registration. I am employed full-time with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. My partner is also employed in her home country and has the possibility of receiving a contract from my current employer once she arrives, as new positions will be opening early next year. We also have a guarantor who can support us during the first months if necessary. We are a calm, tidy and responsible couple. We don’t smoke, we have no pets, and we can provide proof of income and references if required. We are looking for a rental period of at least six months, but we are open to shorter stays as well. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.

We hebben het hier fijn gehad, maar zouden graag wat meer richting het centrum willen wonen, ook vanwege onze studie, werk en ons sociale leven. Ook doe ik deels schoonmaak in het ziekenhuis, dus ben wel wat gewend ondertussen, daar kan weinig tegenop🥲 Ik neem graag initiatief en plan ook graag, maar vind het ook chill om af en toe lekker iemand anders zn ideeën te volgen. Ik zou mijzelf omschrijven als open en sociaal, kan soms als ik gestrest ben/het druk heb me wel ietsje terugtrekken, maar dan geef ik het ook wel aan. Verder heb ik mijn vwo in 2025 afgerond en begin in september 2026 aan verpleegkunde op het HBO met als doel ambulance verpleegkundige te worden.
