Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and have already started my Dutch language courses in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.
