Ik ben daarom heel hard op zoek naar een fijne, nette kamer of studio in Utrecht en omstreken, aangezien de reistijd lang is vanuit Twente en mijn huurcontract van mijn huidige kamer per 30 september afloopt. Mijn wensen: • Huur: max. ongeveer €700 p/m (inclusief) • Liefst in een rustige buurt, bij voorkeur met weinig huisgenoten; het hoeft dus echt niet centraal te liggen! • De kamer zelf mag wel enige ruimte bevatten, minimaal 10 m2. • Type huisgenoten maakt mij niet zo veel uit Over mijzelf: Ik ben een nette, rustige huisgenoot—thuis hangt een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer.
