Hoi, ik ben Huub, ben 20 en begin in september in Den Haag met met de opleiding Europese Studies. Ik zou graag in Den Haag gaan wonen, het liefst met gezellige huisgenoten en ik wil ook lid worden van een studenten(sport)vereniging. Ik houd van sporten (padel, voetbal, gym, skiën, darten, poolen), sport/serie/film kijken en de toestand in de wereld volgen en erover discussiëren, en ga ook graag met vrienden de stad in of naar een festival. You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work. I think a quiet, well-kept studio and a quiet, well-kept tenant just make sense together, and I'd be very happy to share references, or anything else that would put your mind at ease.
