Hi, my name is Howen, 18 years old and I am a first year student studying Economics and Business Economics 3-Year Bachelor Programme at Utrecht University. I came from Hong Kong and I love biking and swimming in the Netherlands. Currently, I am living alone in a studio at Utrecht Science Park and the end date of my housing contract is at the early of August this year. So I am looking for a place (room) to live in or near Utrecht to bring more convenience for my studies. Besides, My guarantor (father), whose monthly income is around 10000 euros, is a founder of the Winus PR & Marketing Company. This proves myself that the amount of income from my guarantor is adequate for supporting my financial needs, including paying the monthly rent. Therefore, I wish myself the best of luck with finding my future home for the next two years.

I am a 22-year-old engineering student from Iceland and looking for a room to rent during the second year of master's studies in electrical engineering at TU Delft in 2026-2027.
