Hallo! Bij deze zal ik kort wat over mezelf vertellen en waarom ik (met lichte spoed) een kamer zoek: Ik ben dit jaar toegelaten in mijn droomstudie (ZGS)! Ik heb de afgelopen twee jaar in de tussentijd in Groningen gestudeerd en in een appartement daar op kamers gewoond. Van Groningen naar het campus in Utrecht reizen elke dag is helaas echt niet te doen (+2,5u enkele reis). Daarom zoek ik met lichte spoed een kamer/appartement/studio voor aankomend studiejaar (en evt langer). Ik heb nu 2 jaar in een appartement gewoond, exclusief, waarbij ik dus alle verantwoordelijkheden ken. Ik heb met mijn huidige verhuurder altijd fijn en voorspoedig contact gehad. Mijn ouders staan ook volledig garant voor de financiering. Hierdoor is huur (en andere kosten) betalen voor mij geen probleem. Ik ben zelf een verantwoordelijke en vrolijke student. Ik ben vooral gericht op sporten (paardrijden, hardlopen, sportschool), studie (zorg, gezondheid, samenleving), en mijn vrienden. Ik hoop enorm een fijn plekje te vinden voordat de introductie weken beginnen, zodat ik niet het begin van het jaar hoef te missen. Als ik in aanmerking zou kunnen komen voor een woningen hoor ik dit graag! Ik heb alle behorende documenten al in een pdf klaar staan, en stuur die dan door.

Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Deze moet ik wel kwijt kunnen in de omgeving. Een stukje lopen vind ik niet erg. Ik zou het fijn vinden om kennis te maken en hoop dat we voor 1 juli tot een goede overeenkomst kunnen komen.
