ESA salaries are exempt from Dutch income tax and social security, which is why the net figure is high for the grade. My contract runs 12 months and is extendable to 24, which I intend to take. If a landlord would like more security, my father can act as guarantor: permanent contract, about 4.822 euro net per month.
