I am from Ireland and moved to Amsterdam in March. I am chef, working my dream job in a family run sustainable restaurant in Amsterdam East. I also have a part-time job in Central. My work fulfils me immensely and I'm looking for a calm and considerate environment to rest and recharge. I am always more than happy to have a chat but I'm also comfortable in silence at times. Cleanliness is a high priority for me at all times and I've lived in several diverse locations with diverse people over the last 10 years. As I work 5-6 days a week, in my free time I like to be slow and calm. I like to read, do some yoga, watch stand-up and bake. I love sharing food and will regularly bring delicious left overs from work. I understand it is a big undertaking to find the right person to fit in your home and so I am open to answering any question that could help us see if it's the right fit.
