Hello! My name is Ioannis, and since August 2025 I have been living in Eindhoven to pursue my Master’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DSAI) at TU Eindhoven. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at a semiconductor scale-up company located at the High Tech Campus. In terms of financial stability, I have a steady income from my part-time job, a monthly university scholarship, and additional support from a rental property I own in Greece. I am currently looking for a long-term rental (12 months or more), ideally located close to the university. At home, while I appreciate a friendly and social environment, I also enjoy having my own personal time. Having lived in student dorms during my Erasmus exchange and later in a shared apartment, I am comfortable sharing spaces and always make sure to contribute fairly to the household responsibilities (cleaning, etc) I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and no children. Mijn naam is Lukas, 30 jaar jong, ik ben van beroep 3D graphic designer en programeur van videospelen. Ik werk sinds korte tijd aan een leuke maar nog geheime project hier in Utrecht en wil graag voor een langere tijd hier blijven wonen.
