Hello everyone, I am Paul, a friendly and quiet 33 year old software developer from Scotland looking to find a studio/room to rent. The rental period would roughly be for 6 months. Currently I'm in the process of moving to the Netherlands and this will be my initial base whilst I look for a home to rent. My employer is based within Amsterdam and so I would ideally prefer to find a suitable studio or room within a commutable distance so I would ideally like to find a place within Holland, but I am open to commuting futher. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing.
