Do you know what the average rent is in your city? Or what the average number of square meters is? As every year, Kamernet publishes figures with regard to the Dutch rental market. This year too, the increase in the average rent is striking; in 2017 the average rent for a room was 385 euros a month. This amount rose to 434 euros in the first half of 2019, an increase of more than 12 percent in two years. You can read this and much more in the Kamernet rental market report.
