Mijn sociale leven speelt zich grotendeels hier af en ik geniet enorm van alles wat de stad te bieden heeft: samen eten met vrienden, terrassen, cultuur, wandelen en fietsen. De internationale sfeer, de bereikbaarheid en de energie van de stad passen perfect bij mij. Ik ben rustig in huis, werk vaak vanuit huis en ontvang daarom niet vaak mensen thuis, mijn sociale leven speelt zich vooral buitenshuis af. Ik geniet net zo goed van een avondje op de bank met een film en een goed glas wijn. Ik ben op zoek naar een fijne woonplek in Amsterdam/Haarlem. Dat mag tijdelijk zijn of voor langere tijd; beide opties geven mij de ruimte om rustig verder te kijken en een volgende stap te zetten. Het belangrijkste voor mij is een prettige, stabiele plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Het lijkt me leuk om kennis te maken en te kijken of er een match is. In terms of housing, my preference would be in Amsterdam within a reasonable commute to the Roeterseiland campus, but understand I may need to look further out. I would prefer to live in a private studio, but I’m also open to shared housing. In Denver, I’ve lived with three various other roommates the whole time, and all of us have gotten along very well. I’m very clean and quite quiet, though I do like socializing with my roommates when we’re able to. Having lived with roommates the past 2 years, I’m more than happy to share a space with others and I keep common areas very tidy.
