Beste verhuurders, 19 Augustus ga ik beginnen met werken in Utrecht en ben daarom opzoek naar mijn eigen plekje. Ik ben een nette huurder en heb niet veel nodig. Naast werken ga ik graag naar de sportschool en in het weekend zal ik vaak terug naar Groningen gaan. Mijn budget is 1200,- per maand en hoop hier iets voor de kunnen vinden. Graag hoor ik of ik welkom ben voor een bezichtiging of mogelijke tips als je die hebt.

Ik ben Hanna (26), ik werk bij een advocatenkantoor en ik woon momenteel nog in Nijmegen, waar ik heb gestudeerd. Ik wil graag naar Utrecht verhuizen omdat mijn werk (deels) in Utrecht is en veel vrienden inmiddels ook in Utrecht wonen. Genoeg redenen om nu ook echt inwoner van deze mooie stad te worden! Ik zou echt graag hele gave unieke hobby's willen hebben, maar ik blijf toch altijd steken bij wielrennen, hardlopen en ik zeg nooit nee tegen koffietjes of wijntjes buiten de deur. Ook vind ik het erg leuk om nieuwe muziek te ontdekken en muziek te luisteren. Uiteraard niet hard in de boxen maar gewoon via mijn oortjes! Mijn ideale woonplek zou een huis zijn waar ik mij ook echt thuis voel! Tot slot vind ik het belangrijk dat het schoon en netjes is.

A little bit about myself: I am from Cyprus, I’m 22 years old and i’m moving from Amsterdam to Rotterdam to do a Maritime and Transport Law masters degree in the Erasmus University :) Fun fact: this will actually be my second master’s degree! I love going to concerts and seeing my favourite artists live, and I also appreciate spending time outdoors, whether it's exploring the city, going on a bike rides to see the sunset or organizing fun and vibey hangouts with friends! Back in Amsterdam, I briefly started going to pilates, which i found surprisingly fun!! I also had a part-time job there which I am planning on continuing in Rotterdam,so apart from uni, i will also work a few days a week!! I have been living with 2 roommates for the past 4 years here in the Netherlands, and we built a great routine and balance when it comes to sharing space. As this is now my fifth year living abroad and sharing housing, I am used to cohabiting respectfully and maintaining a tidy, clean and quiet environment, which obviously includes cleaning up after yourself, sharing chores, but also being transparent with one another! I am genuinely happy when the house feels lively and vibrant and at the same time I also understand when we want to have our quiet moments and privacy.
