Creating a housing ad is simple: enter the general information, such as the size of the home and the rental price. You can also add pictures to receive more responses from interested tenants. Once your ad has passed our screening, it will appear online immediately and all matching tenants will be notified.

Is a potential tenant unable to view your home because of the coronavirus? Then you can always opt for an online viewing via a video call. Once you’ve chosen a tenant, you can send them a Rent Request so they can safely transfer the first month’s rent and/or deposit to your bank account. With a rent request, tenants know that they can safely transfer money to a landlord, even if they haven’t seen the home yet.
