Creating a housing ad is simple: enter the general information, such as the size of the home and the rental price. You can also add pictures to receive more responses from interested tenants. Is a potential tenant unable to view your home because of the coronavirus? Then you can always opt for an online viewing via a video call. Once you’ve chosen a tenant, you can send them a Rent Request so they can safely transfer the first month’s rent and/or deposit to your bank account. With a rent request, tenants know that they can safely transfer money to a landlord, even if they haven’t seen the home yet.
