What is a verfied landlord?
When your landlord account is verfied through a €0,01 payment, you're a verified landlord. Tenants will see this on your profile so you're visible as a trustworthy landlord.
How do I find a tenant?
Finding a tenant on Kamernet starts with creating a free housing ad. Make sure to add pictures and a clear description of the place you are renting out to attract the right tenant! After creating the advert, you start receiving replies from interested tenants. Receiving and responding to interested tenants is completely free. You can also choose to contact potential tenants yourself via "tenant search", but you need a Premium Account to do so.
