A modern new studio in the heart of Rotterdam center. The complete independent studio is easily accessible by public transport, shops and restaurants. The house is located on a ground floor and has recently been completely renovated. The studio is fully furnished and has its own kitchen and bathroom. The rent includes gas, water, light heating and fiber optic internet. With used use of washing machine vacuum cleaner ironing board plus iron. A communal garden. The studio is available immediately. A total of two studios are available in this building. The rent is also the same for both studios. Due to the many registrations, we cannot respond to all registrations. This means you can assume that you will not receive a response that you have not been selected. The Studio is only for one person. 

The next vieuwing is next friday 30-08. If you get invited we will invite you for a vieuwing on that this date.
