Room available in a monumental building on the Westzeedijk in Rotterdam, within walking distance of the Witte de Withstraat, which has several catering and entertainment venues. 

The building is centrally located in Rotterdam and has good connections to colleges and universities. 

You will live in a cozy building with fourteen (international) students. The rooms are divided over the ground floor and the four upper floors; equipped with a bell intercom system with which the downstairs door can be opened from the room. 

There is also a personal sink and mirror in each room. The common areas are all equipped with automatic lighting and cameras (except the bathrooms), which can guarantee safety. 

There are two kitchens in the building, each equipped with two hotplates. There are also two bathrooms, each equipped with three showers. 
In addition, there are also washing machines and dryers, so that everyone can use all the facilities necessary to live comfortably on the Westzeedijk. 

The area: 
The Scheepvaartkwartier is one of the top 20 richest neighbourhoods in the Netherlands and consists of large, beautiful, monumental buildings that have survived from the 19th century. Within walking distance of Westzeedijk are: an Albert Heijn supermarket, 'Het Park', the Kunsthal, the Veerhaven and the Euromast.
