Are you looking for a nice place to live in Groningen? A bright 16m² room will soon be available in this cozy house for €550 per month, excluding €100 service costs (including gas, water, electricity and WiFi).
The room is available for a maximum rental period of 12 months, with the possibility to extend for an indefinite period by mutual agreement.

The room has plenty of natural light and comes with its own private kitchen, ideal for someone who enjoys having their own space but still likes to live with others.
A unique feature of this room is the spacious 30m² garden, perfect for relaxing or spending time outdoors during the summer.

At the moment, two girls are living in the house, and we are still looking for four more housemates for the remaining rooms.
