A spacious room with its own kitchen will be available for rent from December 1 in a former grain warehouse on the edge of Groningen's city center (Noorderhaven). The front of the building offers unobstructed views of the Noorderhaven with its famous unique houseboats. 

The room is approximately 19m² and has its own kitchen unit with a built-in hob, extractor hood, and ample storage space. The room is heated by central heating and has its own sink. There are several showers and toilets for communal use. 

The rent is €562.50 and includes gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, use of washing machine, cleaning of communal areas, and municipal taxes.
