Are you looking for a nice place to live in Groningen? A bright 18m² room will soon be available in this cozy house for €530 per month, excluding €100 service costs (including gas, water, electricity and WiFi).

The room is available for a maximum rental period of 12 months, with the possibility to extend for an indefinite period by mutual agreement.

The room has plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows and comes with its own private kitchen – ideal for someone who enjoys having their own space but also likes the social aspect of shared living. A unique feature of this room is the spacious 30m² garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the summer outdoors.

At the moment, two girls are living in the house, and we are still looking for four more housemates for the remaining rooms.
