Private bathroom, with rain and hand shower, large bath tub, toilet, natural stone sink and storage with mirrors. 

Shared kitchen ( shared with social international female student(s) from upstairs) ( all non food items are shared including kitchenware, plates, pots and pans)with large dinner table, double sink, oven, stove(induction) personal storage for food, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, blender, grill, air fryer, microwave, and large stainless steel fridge/freezer. 
Cleaning list for once in a moth a big cleaning(taking turns) and people clean up after them self the same day or following morning when using the kitchen. ( fine can be given by the landlord when the cleaning is not done)
Inside the house it is not allowed to smoke, to study has the highest priority.

Price is including internet ( fast glass fiber 100Mbit + WiFi +repeater for good connection)  water, electric and gas.
