About the place

Big houseboat at a 3 minute walking distance from Groningen city centre, right behind the Martinitoren. Two bedrooms (one small and one big), one toilet and the bathroom is separate. The boat has been gradually renovated, so it is properly insulated now and has a new floor in the shared living space. It's important to know living on a houseboat is not the same as an apartment. It sometimes needs small maintenance and patience, and needs to be taken care of to ensure everything keeps working.
