About the place

Hello, this is a temporary sublet to take over my furnished room for 1-31 July while I'm traveling.

The house is on the first and second floors of the building. It has a balcony, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms.

The "room" for rent is actually two private rooms: a very small bedroom and a large office. Both of these are private. These are located on the second floor with the other bedroom and the main bathroom.

The rooms are furnished and come with a bed (140cm), a table to use as a desk, a computer monitor, a large wardrobe, a comfy stuffed reading chair, a carpet, and a few small tables. Bedding and pillows are available. Please note that the cat furniture will stay, but the cat will be gone while you're there. I recognize the photos could use some improvement. I'll take better ones on Friday when I'm back in the apartment.

The house is located on Stadhouderslaan, across from the train track. This might sound bad, but it actually means there is a ton of green space, making it quite a tranquil environment. There is a bus stop just 150 meters away, and a bike ride into the city center takes 5 minutes. It's a short walk to Noorderplantsoen, which will be brimming with life during these warm weather days.

The current tenant is a Dutchie. She's chill and easy to get along with. As is typical, mutual respect is a requirement. She's often gone for a few days while staying with her boyfriend. While she's there, she's happy to chat and share a meal.

The house has a washing machine, a dish washer, a microwave, a vacuum, but no oven.
