About the place

Hi future housemate,

We are Huize Ursa, a mixed house (seven guys and six girls) located on the campus of the UT. From May 1st, a room will be available in our cozy house. This is a temporary room available until August. There are 13 of us living here, and we eat dinner together every evening. With so many housemates, there's always someone up for doing something fun together! These spontaneous activities range from having a barbecue, exercising, or enjoying some beers to a chill night in (watching movies/series/TV, playing games). Additionally, we organize themed house nights like Halloween or karaoke, and we have annual events such as Christmas dinner, Sinterklaas, house weekend, and a skiing holiday for those interested (and for those staying home, a tropical party)!

Now, onto the practical stuff: the room is 16m2, giving you enough space for a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. You'll also have your own bathroom. The house is situated next to a grass field, which we consider our backyard, and it's on the edge of a forest.
