Welcome to Sjef Huis, the most hilarious student house in Enschede. 

If you like fun and relaxed roommates then this is the house for you! Having fun, eating together, house nights, there is plenty to do together! Do you need privacy? That's no problem either.

Just some practical things: cleaning is basically shared, we assume everyone just does their bit. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and a shared living room upstairs. 

The rental period is at least 6 months with a 90% chance of a one-year rental period (Sjef Neus leaves for Spain at the end of october for half a year, Sjef Buitelander leaves for South Korea at the beginning of 2025 for half a year). After that, the chance is still very high that the new roommate may stay, since Sjef Neus is likely to leave next August.
