About the place

Hi,

I'm renting out a light and spacious room (around 22m2) in my house. The room has 2 big windows that lead to the balcony on the south ( so alot of natural light and quietness).

In general this space would be your living room and bedroom because the house is divided in 2 seperated living spaces. The room will come unfurnished. 

The house is equiped with all the luxuries except a dryer. 

A little short introduction to who I am is as followed:

My name is Bart, I'm a 34 year old "Amsterdammer". First language is dutch but  fluent in English. I'm a open minded, well travelled dude. Im very social and like a good party,  I also like to take it easy from time to time and im at home quite alot at the moment. Looking for somebody that is laidback and who doesnt sweat the small stuff too much.
