Rental period is for 2 years. No short stay.

The studio is part of our (detached) house.  Your entrance is separate from ours at a quiet side of our house, very private.
Adjacent to a beautiful park, in a neat friendly neighborhood.
The area is quiet and safe (also for single women).

 • Osdorpplein shopping centre: 8 minutes by bike
 • Lelylaan metro/train station: 8 min by bike (train 10 min to Schiphol/CS)
 • Vondelpark and Old West: 12 minutes by bike
 • 5 minutes drive to A10 west or highway A4, 12 minutes to Schiphol.
 - NKI Cancer center/AVL 8 min walk, other hospitals not far either

Sorry- no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no parties (but occasional visitors welcome).

Rent includes underfloor heating, electricity, water (reasonable use), WIFI.
We ask ID, proof of monthly and stable income and 1 month security deposit.
