The room is a bright single bedroom of 20 square meters, spacious enough to fit a bed, desk, and wardrobes. The house is centrally located, with trams stopping right outside the door, offering easy access to the city center and central station. A Dirk van den Broek supermarket is just an 8-minute walk away, and there’s an Albert Heijn less than a minute away on foot.

The neighborhood is filled with cozy bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, perfect for enjoying your free time. The rental period is short, from November 1st to December 1st, making it ideal for someone looking for temporary accommodation. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. All current residents are working professionals who value a tidy home. On weekends, everyone does their own thing, so we hope the new tenant already has their own social circle in Amsterdam.
