A furnished room has become available in a beautiful sunny, cozy building in Amsterdam. The whole house is 100 square meters in total. A spacious living room and open kitchen. Equipped with all comforts.

Environment and accessibility:
The Lambertus Zijlplein shopping center with many shops for daily shopping is within walking distance and there are more shops on the renovated Plein 40-45 a little further away. Public transport facilities, bus lines 21, 61 and 752 and tram line 13 will take you to the heart of Amsterdam Center in about 15 minutes. It is also possible to go out by bicycle. Amsterdam Central is a 15-20 minute bike ride away. Everything nice and central so close by

The Sloterplas city lake is a 5-minute bike ride away, so just around the corner. You have numerous recreational opportunities here such as the Sloterparkbad with fitness center, catering, water sports, walking routes. The Sloterplas is being developed into a recreational area where Amsterdammers can relax in a green, water-rich environment. Spaarnwoude and the Oeverlanden nature reserves are also both about a 20-minute bike ride away. For sports enthusiasts: Ookmeer sports park, a unique (top) sports location in Amsterdam Nieuw-West and De Eendracht sports park, which includes football fields, volleyball courts, tennis courts and golf courses, are nearby.
