In the friendly neighborhood Zuidwestkwadrant Osdorp Noord, we offer 6 fully furnished rooms in a well-connected house on Clauskindereweg.

The neighborhood is quiet, with many young residents and great amenities nearby. The supermarket is within walking distance, the city center is easily reachable by bike, and the nearest highway is just a 4-minute drive away.

The house is fully furnished, and furnishing is available which can be used. You share the bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen with your housemates. In total, there are six residents in the house.
Additionally, two parking spaces are available in the underground garage, which can be used by the residents.

Important:
- The rooms are only available for students coming from outside Amsterdam!
- Start date: October 28, 2025 (earlier move-in possible upon request)
- End date: July 28, 2026

- Taxes that come into your own name
- Bed package: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, bed linen

Deposit:
A security deposit is required, which includes a one-time cleaning fee.
Please note: the one-time cleaning fee is non-refundable at the end of the rental period.
