About the place

Hello,

I'm renting out 1 fully furnished room with Wi-Fi, a minimal 3 months rent contract with registration at the municipality. 
The rent period is possible to extend once the hours sharing is peaceful for all tenants. The rest of the 3-room apartment, like a kitchen with all the basic facilities and a bathroom with a washing machine and toilet is shared with 1 gentleman and another new tenant.
