I have a beautiful new room for rent!

I start with a 3-month rental, with a possible rental extension of 3 months if the housesharing is successful. That is usually the case. All will be officially described in a rental contract as well as the address for registration possibility at the Municipality of Amsterdam.
The kitchen with all the basic facilities, bathroom with a washing machine and toilet is shared. The room is in a peaceful area, Amsterdam Geuzenveld - Slotermeer in Amsterdam.

Central Station is easily accessible by public transport. In a 5-minute walk from the house is an indoor shopping centre as well as the Plein '40-'45 market and with a fair amount of different restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I’m looking for 1 working and or studying, reliable and easy-going clean individual.
